There's really no easy way to say this so I'm just gonna say it: I've published my first novel. Heck, if you're even reading this, chances are it's because of the eye-catching cover. I'm not proud; I'll happily ride its coattails. (Thanks, Pamela Norman, for that.)
I'm not going to say too much about it now, mostly because telling people you wrote a novel is a lot like letting people have a peek at your diary, and I'm still trying to figure out how to process that.
All I'll say right now is that it's something I'm proud of, and I can't remember the last time I was able to say that about anything, really. If you've enjoyed any of my nonfiction books, or just want to share a little love, I encourage you to read it.
